What happens?

First we would meet for a ‘consultation’ so you could find out more about if counselling is right for you.001.jpg

If you decide you would like to try it, you would come for weekly (or fortnightly) talking sessions of 50 – 60 minutes long. Most people like to start with weekly but the number and frequency of sessions can be arranged and changed to suit you.

My counselling room is my conservatory which I hope you will find a relaxing place to be.

I will help you with difficult feelings and help you make sense of them. By understanding yourself better you can make well-informed clearer decisions about your life, whatever may have happened in the past.

My training and experience means that I can listen carefully, paying attention to what really matters to you.

You can end counselling at any time.
